On April 5, 2023, the Community Engagement and Service-Learning Center provided its support to the College of Business and Accountancy for the Project Green Thumb and Financial Literacy Program - PISOWAIS, held at the Anawim Community in Barangay Rumbang, Pototan.

The Young Entrepreneurs Society spearheaded the arrangement of the "PISOWAIS: Halaga sa Bawat Perang Kinikita", with significant participation from collaborators, including the CPU Junior Philippine Association of Management Accountants and the CPU Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants.

The officers, per organization, were accompanied by the CBA faculty and staff, including Charis Emmelynn Bautista, Hermely Jalando-on, and Atty. Marc Lovel Bedona, Gilda Monsole, Regine Aller, Antonio Parreño, Stephen Yuson, and Mary Jane Tabar.

The first part of the program began with a prayer by the YES organization, followed by the community's transition to the Mushroom House location, courtesy of Project Green Thumb, for a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony with Fr. Tomas D. Delicana, Jr.

After the project turnover of the Mushroom House, the officers and the community returned for the program proper, which began with Gilda Monsole giving her opening remarks, followed by the registration and introduction to "PISOWAIS: Halaga sa Bawat Perang Kinikita." The first part of the program started with the topic "Household Budgeting," with speakers from the organization.
