CESL Center aims to provide integrated community development programs of social responsibility to partner communities which promotes self-reliance, empowerment, resource development and management, and volunteerism in collaboration with university colleges, units, and organizations.

Dedication and Passion.
CESL Center involves faculty and students in community engagement programs, aiming to integrate functional programs in each college and add a new community every four years. It forges partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and organizations, while regularly monitoring and evaluating programs. The center also promotes a network of mutual assistance among partner communities.
