Building a Greener Iloilo: CPU-OSVS Joins Greenpeace Philippines’ Grassroots Climate Movement
On July 15, 2025, Greenpeace Philippines, together with local volunteers in Iloilo, organized a public forum at LS Café, Iloilo City. The event, dubbed ‘The Climate Crisis and Role of Community Response: A Learning Session on Localized Climate Impacts,’ brought together members of civil society, local governments, environmental groups, and academic institutions, including the CPU Outreach Student Volunteers Society (CPU-OSVS) who committed to the initiative.

CPU-CAS Faculty and PGENRO Visit Area for Center for Mangrove and Marine Biodiversity Conservation

Flowing Forward: Reviving the Iloilo Batiano River

CPU Receives Plaque From WWF and Coca-Cola

CPU CAS Conducts Environmental Rehabilitation Activities in Northwest Panay Peninsula Natural Park
On March 27, 2023 (Monday), the CPU College of Arts and Sciences conducted environmental rehabilitation activities in a selected part of Northwest Panay Peninsula Natural Park, specifically in the municipality of Libertad in Antique. Fruit-tree growing activity, mangrove growing activity, coastal clean-up activity and environmental stewardship literacy are environmental rehabilitation activities orchestrated in the area.
